Wonderful people, fantastic service. They are a 24/7 operation and you can drop off and pick up or they will clean rugs/furniture at your home. I had 3 area rugs done. Wool and polypropylene. The one was a shag rug that I was afraid to clean. Well, they all look fabulous now and smell so fresh. Colors are bright and vibrant again. Will definitely use them again.
